- Buying: Worth checking out, maybe. Some Spanish regions have lowered property taxes for home buyers to encourage home purchases.
- Renting. Around 20-24% of Spaniards rent their residence. This is up from 16% in 2018 highest. Cataluña boasts the highest percentage.
The El Salvador funeral group in Valladolid is to go on trial for a coffin-swapping scheme involving 23 defendants, who re-used c.6,000 coffins and flowers over 20 years. How, one wonders.
Talking of trials . . . There’s a real biggie coming up – El Caso Kitchen – alleged illegal espionage and manipulation of justice by senior figures in the last PP administration and their dubious friends.

De momento, ya ha cambiado muchas cosas y sigue echando gente. Cuesta mucho entender a EEUU.
Alguien escribió que lis países más poderosos del mundo son EE. U U y Gran Bretaña, que pueden poner y quitar gobiernos, iniciar conflictos, etc ..yo pienso que EE. U U, si, de hecho lo hizo muchas veces pero no es el caso de Gran Bretaña, no es la misma firma de actuar aunque es uno de lis países más importantes del mundo. Quizás cuando Espala tuvo un golpe de Estado y despues una guerra civil y posterior Dictadura, tanto Francia como UK pudieron pararlo. Años después , ya no interesaba que España siguiera siendo una Dictadura por lo que se eliminó a Carrero Blanco, presidente del gobierno, entonces, era más franquista que Franco, se ke encargó a ETA, durante mas de un año, perforaron calles del barrio de Salamanca, gente colgada de postes haciendo no se sabe que, olores por lo que los vecinos llamaban a la policía hasta que lo saltaron por el aire, a Franci no era necesario porque ya estaba enfermo y sabían que moriría pronto, murió dos años después de que mataran almirante Carrero Blanco, tenía 59 años. Franco murió con 82 tenía Parkinson y problemas intestinales. Yo estuve alos después en la enfermería del palacio del Pardo donde fue operado de urgencia. Aún así en la transición no se hizo un referéndum sobre monarquía o republica, Suárez dijo: no se hace porque gana la república y ya tenemos al rey. Esa transición y La Constitución ruvo trampa según, algunos expertos.
Conn respecto el cao Kitchen, van diez años…es una vergüenza
hay un inspector de policia que investigó La Gurtel, al que le quisieron parar…lo mandaban a donde quisiera, una embajada a elegir también a Cuántico ( Virginia ) para hacer un curso con FBI, no consiguieron disuadirlo y acabaron mandándolo al Pirineo. Cuando testificó delante del juez, éste le dijo, yo le creo. Otris quitaron nombres como el de Rajoy, Cospedal, el marido de ésta…por eso no sentarán en el banquillo, irán de testigos. El PP cuando tiene problemas judiciales, no cambia de abogado cambia de juez. El juez ret. García Castellón fue el culpable de que esa causa no fuera a juicio cono debería, otro juez dijo, El PP es una banda criminal organizada.
Al juez Ruz ( entonces tenía 42 años, padre de cuatro hijos ) instruía la causa como no lo doblegan y no tenía la plaza definitiva adjudicada, lo cambiaron para otro sitio.
Veremos que sale ese juicio donde crearon una policía patriótica ? Hasta la policía utilizan, tienen comprados a muchos jueces en España. A medios de comunicación, etc…por eso no están en la cárcel, unos cuantos.
