In Pv city these days there’s one of those human statues, but a rather special one. It incorporates a stream of water that comes down into a bowl in the hand of flamboyantly dressed woman and flows back up in a circuit. Naturally, she’s only too pleased to pose for fotos. Quite impressive.

Not read the article yet. But. It would be interesting to know the difference in absenteeism between the 9 months of North Galicia Winter, and 3 months of Summer. The sunny days of the last week saw beaches packed, so surely some are skiving oorf.
I made an effort to follow the news today. That was a good few hours of my life wasted. I was not in the least surprised that the MoU practically fell apart. I have seen many many MoUs in my lifetime. They mean sod all, and I can count on one hand the number that have actually progressed to something bordering on a small possibility of something actually happening.

Los sueldos están estancados porque La Patronal, no quiere subirlos aunque las grandes empresas ganan cada año más.
El absentismo laboral en España es grande, entiendo que por el trato que dan a los trabajadores, que acaban en el médico y después, en el abogado. Bajas por ansiedad, estrés y depresión, problemas con la conciliación familiar, problemas de exceso de trabajo y acoso, etc…otras personas tienen patologías que determina un facultativo, otros van a trabajar enfermos. Además hay colectivos también en La Administración publica con guardias, turnos que son ilegales, por ejemplo, trabajar por la noche y volver por la tarde cuando tenían que descansar, un día mínimo, otras veces dos o tres noches diarias, mañana y noche, esto pasa en Las Fuerzas y Cuerpos de Seguridad del Estado, las guardias mal pagadas, los medios sobre todo en La GC insuficientes, coches viejos, no de renting para renovar la flota, los chalecos antibalas no corresponden a las tallas pedidas entonces a esperar a que los envíen, etc…En La Sanidad, algo similar, doblar turnos en la pública, en la privada doblar, triplicar y continuar…haciendo el turno propio y el de otra persona por falta de personal, por bajas…yo he ido casi siempre a trabajar, he doblado turnos, he sustituído a compañer@s. Trabajando en urgencias no paraba casi de trabajar, si sólo hacía mi turno, y mis guardias, entonces trabajaba una semana y descansaba dos pero si hacía sustituciones, era continuo, descansaba un terno que era de una tercera persona. En muy pocas ocasiones, he dejado de ir a mi trabajo.
Trump tiene que salir de esa guerra como sea porque nada fue como pensó. Israel tiene que parar de atacar El Líbano, la destrucción de Gaza, hacerse con el territorio de otros países y no consiguen acabar con lis grupos terroristas. Lo mismo EE.UU, no consiguió acabar con el régimen iraní, lo fortaleció. No hay enemigo pequeño, es un lema de los militares.
Trump lleva a su familia para hacer acuerdos, a su yerno…que Presidente tan peculiar…
