Trump – The 5-dimension chess player and strategic genius.
- The war is pure Trump – instant gratification. The idea that strategy underlies the campaign baffles those who know him.
- Trump’s attention span is so small it was almost impossible to have a strategic conversation with him.
Trump’s Management of the War
Having failed to involve US allies in consideration of his war, Trump is now threatening them about not responding to his desperate plea for assistance in respect of the Straits of Hormuz. In other words, to get their citizens killed. . . If there’s no response or if it’s negative, I think it will be very bad for the future of Nato. Or possibly for the future of Donald Trump.
The Trump family and the military.

The family military record:-
- Friedrich Trump – Immigrated 1885, evading German service.
- Fred Trump Sr. – No service, worked as civilian WWII contractor
- Donald Trump: No service
- Trump’s 5 kids – None have served
Trump – The Grifter in Chief
Trump has used images from the dignified transfer of American service members killed in action to ‘rake in cash’.
Trump – The Foul-Mouthed Misogynist
Trump has referred to the NYT journalist Maggie Haberman thus: Maggot Hagerman, just another SLEAZEBAG writer for The Failing New York Times, insists on writing false stories about me, even though she fully knows and understands that the exact opposite of anything she says is usually the truth. In any event, I’m thinking of adding Maggot, and some of her ‘associates,’ into my Lawsuit against The Times which, very happily, seems to be proceeding nicely. It isn’t, of course.
Trump’s White House
The White House Chief of Staff is the president’s top aide and manager of the White House. Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing and coordinating the Executive Office of the President and senior White House staff.
- Selecting or helping select senior staff and supervising their work.
- Controlling access to the president and managing the president’s schedule and calendar.
- Managing the flow of information, memos, and advice that reach the president, and ensuring relevant viewpoints are considered.
- Acting as a principal political and policy adviser, giving candid advice on strategy, policy choices, and politics.
- Negotiating with Congress, cabinet secretaries, and outside political groups to advance the president’s agenda.
- Serving as a gatekeeper and problem‑solver, mediating disputes inside the administration and helping coordinate policy implementation.
Trump’s Chief of Staff is Susie Wiles, whom he won’t allow on TV as she ‘looks like a refrigerator’. She is said to be the perfect assistant to Trump, as she never argues with him and appears to carry out few of the listed functions. This is a relevant podcast on Trump’s ‘weirdest operator’.
God Save America! [Well, the US bit, anyway. The rest is doing fine].
